If Harrison Ford is the warm-up act, there has to be something else special in the offing, and on this winter’s night in Los Angeles there is. One name only will do in this company. Here are three of them: Olivia; Kylie; Travolta. It sounds like a convention of icons and survivors, and it is, though it goes under a banner more mundane than that.
